A statement of the governance principles under which HROK conducts its work — for the institutional clients and partners who require them.
Governance philosophy
HROK operates within the governance framework of HROK Holdings. Authority, accountability and decision rights are clearly defined: recommendations are made on evidence, reviewed independently of any delivery interest, and owned by the firm that makes them. No mandate proceeds on preference or on the prospect of construction revenue.
Ethics & conduct
We act with integrity and in the client’s interest. We do not overstate capability, exaggerate outcomes, or present illustrative material as verified. Where our analysis does not support action — including where the correct decision is to change nothing — we say so plainly.
Evidence-first decision making
Every recommendation is grounded in evidence: official reference data, documented analysis, and the four-part Highest & Best Use test of the HROK Decision Framework™. Delivery is downstream of, and independent from, the decision — so the works are scoped to the return, never the reverse.
Client confidentiality
Client information, holdings and transactions are treated as confidential. Details of an engagement — including a client’s identity, figures and media — are published only with that client’s explicit consent, and are otherwise held in confidence.
Data integrity
Our analysis is only as good as the data behind it. We use verifiable sources, distinguish current capability from roadmap, separate indicative figures from realised outcomes, and label each accordingly. Analytics on this website are privacy-first and cookieless.
Institutional reporting standards
Completed projects are reported to a fixed institutional standard: a defined report structure, verified commercial figures, and evidence that is genuine and correctly labelled. Only completed, verified projects display realised financial outcomes.
